We Are Having an Oscars Award Party With Skinnygirl Cocktails!

We love watching the awards shows. It is so fun to see all the big celebrities dressed up and see who takes home the awards. Especially when there is a contender I want to win, it is so easy to get swept into the fun and excitement of the awards shows. Well minus some of those absolutely long, and seemingly never ending speeches of course!

As the Ocars air on Sunday night, February 24th, it is a great time to invite some people over and make it a special event. I know that is what we are going to be doing here at our house. The festivities will be equipped with tasty snacks, activities, and Skinnygirl Cocktails!

This is one drink that we will have. It is easy and very light on the calories. We will also have ballots to predict who will take home the Oscar. The person who gets the most correct will receive a special prize. We are still thinking about what that will be though. We will also have swag bags to give to the guests, because that is a huge part for the real celebs at the Oscars.

The Oscars is not complete without the red carpet and a backdrop. We will not have the signature red carpet, but we will have a Skinnygirl Cocktails backdrop to really make it official.
