My New Hair Ties are Fly Ties From Fine Featherheads

I have been doing great with my goal of running my second half marathon in April. I alternate between running on the treadmill and doing different workout classes. A lot of different things contribute to the success of my work out, which includes my ponytail. It may seem silly, but hear me out. My hair cannot be too tight or I start to get a headache. Then it cannot be too loose or my ponytail starts to come undone and interferes with my workout flow. Plus I need  the ponytail to not snag or pull out my hair. Plus the hair tie needs to look fashionable since I always have one on my wrist or in my hair. Phew,I have a lot of demands when it comes to hair ties but they are very important to me when I work out and even when I am not.

I tried out Fine Featherheads Fly Ties in Flirt. Each pack comes with four different colors and the pack I received came in pretty, pastel colors. There is such a great variety of colors to choose from, that narrowing it done to even a few packs is hard. These are wide elastic bands that are very stretchy. The Fly Ties seem to be created with quality and style both in mind.

The Fly Tie wrapped around my hair twice. If I were to compare the stretchiness of the Fly Tie to other hair ties, I would say the Fly Tie is not as stretchy.  My hair felt pretty snug but loose at the same time when I had the Fly Tie in. This was the best combination. I have taken a workout class and jogged several times with the Fly Tie holding my hair up. I had great success and my hair was still in place after all that time. I also have worn it in my hair to sleep and during my normal day with the same results.

The best thing is that the Fly Tie never snags or pulls my hair. Nothing is more frustrating when I lose the fight with my hair tail and have it pull out some of my hair. I have had no such problem with the Fly Tie. The Fly Tie easily pulls out and does not try to take some of my hair with it.

When my hair is down, I always have a ponytail around my wrist. The Fly Tie is extremely fun and fashionable as the elastic bands come in pretty colors, has a thicker band than most, and has a pretty little knot. These are a fashion piece in their own way and make a difference compared to the boring traditional, hair pulling hair tie.

I think the Fly Ties are fabulous. I get to keep my hair and wear something on my wrist and in my hair that is very stylish. Just like Fine Featherheads says, Fly Ties are on the cutting edge of where comfort meets style. I could not agree more. I will continue to wear Fly Ties instead of the traditional hair ties!

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

These look really pretty - I love the pastel colors! Do they hold your hair tight enough though? I've tried similar ties and I always feel like I'm struggling to keep my hair up because it's drooping.

I love the look much better than a plain pony tail holder.
