Smiley Cookie: Valentine's Day Heart Shaped Cookies

I love Valentine’s Day. I think it is such a fun little holiday filed with yummy and cute treats. It also is a good time to show the special people in your life how much you really do love them. Everyone at my house loved them. They were gone in two days. Actually I think I ended up eating at least three of them myself!

  

Look at how cute the cookie is! Each cookie is layered with pink icing and has a white smiley face. Looking at these cookies, you can tell that the cookies are hand iced.
